President Vladimir Putin on Saturday signed a decree according to which TV channel “TV Center” included in the list of mandatory public television stations nationwide. Earlier this list already includes TV RTR, “First Channel”, NTV, “St. Petersburg – Channel 5″, “Culture”, “Sport” radio station “Vesti FM”, “Mayak” and “Radio Russia” (broadcast performs “Russian Television and Radio Broadcasting Network “- RTRS).
